The Role

n

Working within a busy litigation practice, you will support lawyers across a variety of contentious matters (commercial litigation and estate litigation) and play a key role in progressing files.

n

Your duties will include:

n

- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other stakeholders
n
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
n
- Preparing court documents and briefs to counsel
n
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records
n
- Conducting searches and assisting with document and evidence management
n
- Assisting with billing, diary management, and general matter administration
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n




- Minimum 3 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Senior Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant
n
- Exposure to Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, or a similar litigation areas
n
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and client service skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced setting
n
