JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a State Sales Manager for the NSW region to lead our Business Development and Inside Sales teams, shaping and executing the state sales strategy to drive revenue, profitability and market growth. You will mentor managers, steer forecasting, and partner with key customers to maximise long-term success.

In this role you’ll champion a customer-centric approach, deliver high-quality negotiations, and align state operations with JB Hi-Fi’s values.
