Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial builder in Brisbane seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. You will support multiple large-scale projects across commercial, education, industrial and multi-residential sectors.
You will manage subcontractor packages, administer contracts, handle progress claims, variations and EOTs, and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
