What You Will Do
- Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventions
- Develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments
- Undertake formulations for motivators of behaviours of concern
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Develop and implement Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collect and analyse behavioural data
- Provide staff training and develop training resources
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice
