InterContinental Adelaide is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager – MICE to join the Sales team on a 12-month parental leave contract. You will proactively source and convert recent MICE opportunities, nurture relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborate with Revenue to maximise overall hotel performance.
You will lead end-to-end sales activities, manage the pipeline, and represent the hotel at industry events, driving growth in meetings, incentives,
