Tribal Habits is an Australian-built LMS and SaaS platform serving organisations across Australia and Recent Zealand. We seek a customer-facing support specialist who can onboard new clients, troubleshoot the platform, and maintain helpful knowledge base content.
You will bridge learning & development know-how with technical problem solving, helping customers realise real outcomes from the platform. This role is fully remote across Australia with a collaborative small team.
