Our client is a global leader in analytical and medical instrumentation who support the life sciences & pharmaceutical industries. As a Technical Support Technician, you’ll support with installation and maintenance of a wide range of medical imaging equipment.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop a solid knowledge of the company’s product range
- Perform installations and maintenance of medical imaging equipment (x-rays, CTs)
- Conduct preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs
- Support sales staff with technical information and knowledge.
- Respond in a timely manner to customer complaints
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of service visits
- Assisting with service contract renewals and finding new service business opportunities

Must have:

- Restricted electrical license
- Available for a rotating on-call roster




- Available for regional, domestic and international travel

Skills/Experience

- Degree, diploma, or trade certification in Electronics or Electrical field
- Experience in field service of medical imaging equipment
- Network and Dicom set up experience essential
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- Valid driver’s licence and eligibility to work in Australia
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
