Davidson is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to provide specialist support across our payroll systems landscape, with a focus on the Chris21 platform. You will be the SME for Chris21, performing configuration, administration and day-to-day support alongside the payroll team and IT stakeholders.
Key duties include maintaining and upgrading Chris21, configuring EBAs and awards, supporting integrations, conducting unit testing and UAT, and producing transparent documentation.
