About the role

Support emotional wellbeing, resilience and recovery through individualised care, health education, medication support and care planning. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide clinical support, education and coaching to our wider team.

About you

You’re a compassionate and adaptable nurse who thrives working with young people and values a trauma-informed approach. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to your work. In addition, you will also possess:

- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Working With Children Check
- Experience or robust interest in youth mental health or working with vulnerable cohorts
- Ability to develop and manage care plans and support medication management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence using clinical systems and maintaining accurate documentation
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
