365 Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to support older Australians in their own homes across Western Sydney, with robust autonomy and client-centred care. You’ll work closely with Care Partners and the broader service delivery team to deliver high-quality home nursing and adapt to changing client needs.

Ideal candidates have AHPRA registration, working rights in Australia, and experience in home or community nursing; a 0.6 FTE (3 days/week) preference is noted with travel across the region.
