Faith Lutheran College is seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Classroom Teacher to join our Junior School team for a 12-month contract in 2027.

The successful applicant will:
- Teach a Year 5/6 class within the Junior School.
- Deliver engaging inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme and Australian Curriculum.
- Foster high levels of student engagement, achievement and wellbeing.
- Build positive partnerships with students, families and colleagues.
- Contribute positively to the culture and life of the College.
- Support the Christian ethos and values of the College.
- Current South Australian Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
- Relevant teaching qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Commitment to student-centred,
inquiry-based learning.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a qualified team.
- Commitment to contributing to the wider College community.
- Experience teaching upper primary students.
- Experience with or knowledge of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP).
- Experience within a Lutheran or Christian education setting.
