Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 across diverse settings under the NDIS. You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team, coordinate therapy plans, and work within a social model to promote independence.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, with opportunities for mentoring, career development and flexible working options. A driver’s license and screening checks are required.
