About the Role
You will be working with qualified buyer leads and assisting clients in purchasing off-the-plan and newly completed properties across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound buyer enquiries (REA, Domain, WeChat, Google)
- Present property projects (display suites, open days, private consultations)
- Build and maintain client relationships using CRM systems
- Guide buyers through the purchase process (contracts, finance basics, etc.)
- Work closely with senior sales managers to close deals
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Valid working rights in Australia (Citizen / PR / Visa holders)
- Real estate certificate (or willing to obtain NSW Assistant Agent Certificate)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset and proactive attitude
- Bilingual (Mandarin / Korean / Vietnamese) is highly advantageous
- Driver’s licence and car preferred
