Downer Rail and Transit Systems is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver and evaluate technical training at the Auburn Maintenance Centre. You will orient current staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required for projects such as overhauls and maintenance of fleets, in line with contractual obligations.
You will conduct training needs analysis, develop or source courses, deliver training, assess competence and administer assessments.
