About The Role

Due to continued growth in our corporate practice, we are seeking a Solicitor/ Associate/ Senior Associate (3 - 8 years PAE) with experience in: Corporate and commercial advisory; M&A; and transactions; Trade practices/competition law; Shareholder agreements, franchising and corporate governance; Corporate contract drafting and IP (preferred) and AML/CTF and regulatory matters (a bonus). In this role, you will work closely with our Corporate Partners in a well-organised team with established processes, quality benchmarks, and genuine training and support for all lawyers.

What we are looking for

- 3 - 8 years PAE in business/corporate law, with M&A; and transactional experience
- Robust autonomous and team-based work
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Detail focused, deadline driven, and comfortable under pressure
- ActionStep,



iManage Work and Lawdocs experience an advantage (not essential)
