We're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community at Bella Vista Gardens Care Community.

What You'll Do:

- Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
- Offer a personalised touch,



knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.
- Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.
- Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.

What You'll Need:

- Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
- A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office
- A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
