Dimensions is seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Kenton team, helping four individuals with learning disabilities and autism live independently and with dignity. A full UK / EU manual driving licence is required for this role.
You will support daily routines, personal care, medication administration, shopping and meals, and household tasks in an active, social setting where every day offers current experiences and prospects to thrive.
