Agrifutures Geelong site is seeking a Production Team Leader to take ownership of frontline leadership across the production floor. You will maintain a robust presence, build relationships with operators and ensure labour coverage, food safety and operations across day and night shifts.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading 10+ production staff, a hands-on leadership style, and a solid background in food manufacturing with rostering and SAP experience.
