Airservices Australia is seeking a Shared Services Improvement Coordinator to drive optimisation of Payroll, Procurement, Employee Services, Revenue Services and related processes across a national shared services function. You will analyse current-state processes, identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, and contribute to future-state designs and implementations.
The role involves process mapping, documentation, and change management activities, working with stakeholders across the
