With Global growth the company is in massive expansion and looking to push their construction and Hire lines throughout the Brisbane area. They found themselves requiring a specialised from within the industry.

In this challenging role you will be required to understand key customer technical issues and develop parts. You will be required to equipment parts throughout Brisbane QLD and maximise growth with key customers.

Key Requirements

- Sell directly to key customers and sell equipment parts over the phone
- Use specialist knowledge to interpret customer part requirements;
- Work and deal with key customers on parts issues.
- Support the workshop and field service team with application parts support
- Provide effective and efficient customer service and product advice;
- Order parts from suppliers, preparing and processing documents such as parts requisition orders, invoices and inventory documents;




- Set up merchandising displays;
- Assist with stock takes;
- Other duties as required.
- Work with the National Parts manager in providing customer support and aftermarket part sales.

Key Requirements

- 2 + Years in Earthmoving parts or related industries like Forklifts, Trucks, Agriculture equipment.
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter
- Career driven with the mentality for career development
- Willingness to learn
- Forklift licence
- Current driver licence
- If you have experience with earthmoving or related equipment this would be a massive advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- $80,000 - $85,000
- Superannuation 12.5%

Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm – Full time Positions
plus also offer career development and training from the Parts Manager. You will also be given training to develop ongoing skills that can see you step up your career into management within a short time frame.
