A regular day will see you:
- Provide expert leadership, clinical knowledge and direction to promote a patient-focussed model of care,
- Lead a high standard of evidence-based care to children, their families and carers and the systems around them,
- Actively demonstrate and model exemplary professional conduct at all times,
- Work in partnership with the consultant psychiatrists to foster a positive culture, and
- Support staff capacity and wellbeing whilst managing patient flow.
