At Tip Top, we're passionate about producing the products Australians know and love. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Chilled & Frozen Operations team at our Ermington site.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead a large frontline team in a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain and Site Leadership teams, you'll drive operational performance, build team capability, champion a strong safety culture and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste and maximise plant performance.

Purpose of the Role

- Leading and developing production teams to achieve safety, quality and productivity targets
- Managing labour and production resources to meet daily production plans
- Driving a strong food safety and quality culture across the site
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Managing performance, coaching and development conversations with team members
- Working closely with maintenance and reliability teams to minimise downtime
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and operational standards
- Monitoring production performance and completing shift reporting

About You

You are an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys building capability, inspiring teams and delivering operational results.

To Be Successful, You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a Production Supervisor or Team Leader role within FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar production environment
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Experience managing shift performance, labour utilisation and production targets
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and food quality standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound planning, problem-solving and decision-making abilities




- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence
