- Apply advanced computer software skills to day-to-day HSE administration
- Review HSE systems, processes and products and recommend practical improvements
- Track safety metrics to support continuous improvement across the project
- Coordinate incident reporting and investigations from start to finish
- Lead by example to set the standard for safety on site
- Manage document control processes, including recording, monitoring, archiving and producing routine written communications
- Support safety culture across the Central-West Orana project’s Energy Hubs and Substations teams
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience as an HSE Practitioner on large-scale construction projects, ideally in high voltage environments
- WHS qualifications (Diploma or higher preferred)
- Safety Lead Auditor qualification (desirable)
- Robust communication skills
- Risk-based methodologies
- Advanced computer software skills
- Applicants must be comfortable working across large-scale construction projects
- Bus-in, bus-out work arrangement based out of the Central West Orana Region
