The Role

As our Client Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and retaining our valued member base by building strong relationships with employer partners. You'll be the key link between our internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth processes, effective communication, and exceptional service delivery.

What you’ll do

- Manage a portfolio of clients from large enterprises across ANZ
- Achieve member growth targets and through strategic planning
- Build a strong referral network and explore new opportunities for acquisition
- Develop and manage trusted, long‑term relationships with key employer stakeholders, working together to explore current opportunities to increase Fitness Passport’s footprint within their organisation
- Conduct regular check‑ins, business reviews, and performance updates to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Plan and deliver employee engagement campaigns with your clients — strategic communications, on‑site activations and digital campaigns that build awareness and drive sign‑ups
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to prioritise effectively and focus your time where it will have the greatest impact
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing data‑driven recommendations to improve membership engagement and satisfaction

About You

We’re seeking a confident, proactive professional who brings a solutions‑focused approach to every interaction. You will have:





- 2-5 years in strategic account management within medium to large enterprises.
- Demonstrated success in achieving growth targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to influence executive level stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence navigating complex client landscapes — multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and differing policy guardrails — with the judgement to flex your approach and still hit your targets
- Ability to take initiative to identify issues early and implement practical, client‑centric solutions.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to customer service
- Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
- Strong understanding of industries and trends for membership sign ups
