We are looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer for a well-established boutique law firm based in Sydney CBD.

This opportunity will suit a lawyer who has developed a solid litigation foundation and is looking for broader matter exposure, closer client contact and increased responsibility.

About the Role:

- Work across a varied range of civil and commercial disputes
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence
- Undertake legal research and prepare practical advice
- Assist with mediations, negotiations and court preparation
- Liaise directly with clients, counsel and experts

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years’ PAE in civil or commercial litigation
- Admitted in New South Wales or eligible to obtain a NSW practising certificate
- Sound understanding of court processes and dispute resolution
- Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, commercially minded and keen to develop as a litigator
