We are seeking an exceptional Bar Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role and requires someone with dedication, experience, a genuine passion and drive for the industry and who is looking for a long-term position.

The successful applicant will have:

2+ years' supervisory experience and 5+ years' hospitality experience
n
Vibrant personality with high energy and natural hospitality
n
Skilled personal presentation and robust communication skills
n
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor
n
Task-driven, goal-orientated, and highly organised
n
Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge
n
Experience doing stock ordering,



stocktakes and batching
n
Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team as well as work independently
n
