ABOUT THE CLIENT

We’re working with a leading global eCommerce retailer with a major presence across Australia and New Zealand. They’re continuing to invest heavily in digital and performance marketing, and are looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to strengthen their internal capability.

THE PAID SEARCH SPECIALIST ROLE

As Paid Search Specialist, you’ll take ownership of Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across AUS / NZ. This is a hands on role covering campaign planning, implementation, budget management, optimisation, testing and reporting, with a clear focus on driving revenue and ROI. You’ll manage high-volume campaigns, optimise Shopping activity through Google Merchant Centre and continually identify opportunities to improve performance.



You’ll also work closely with wider eCommerce and marketing teams, translating commercial priorities and promotions into effective Paid Search campaigns.

PAID SEARCH SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- 4+ years specialising in Paid Search
- Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience managing high-volume Paid Search campaigns
- Google Shopping and Google Merchant Centre experience
- Robust campaign optimisation and budget management skills
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads experience
- GA4, SA360, Shopping
- Strong analytical and test-and-learn mindset
- eCommerce experience highly desirable
- Agency or client-side backgrounds considered
