The Salvation Army Australia is seeking an experienced AOD Intake & ThroughCare Nurse to join the Geelong Withdrawal Unit in Corio, VIC.
This fixed-term part time role (12 months, 30.4 hours per week) provides clinical nursing support across the treatment journey, from referral to discharge and ongoing care.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote continuity of care, respond to medical and mental health needs, and support recovery goals.
