About The Role

As a Store Manager, you'll play a leading role in our team to ensure that every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

- Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big‐box retail environment.
n
- Drive Performance: Utilise your expertise in P&L; management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
n
- Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
n
- Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.

- Focus on Customers:



Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines to ensure long‐term success.

What We Are Looking For

n

- Store leadership experience within a large‐format retailer.
n
- Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
n
- Robust financial acumen, including experience in P&L; analysis and forecasting.
n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
n
- A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)
n
- First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
n
- Full‐time availability, including weekends.
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
