Job Description

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join the Dialysis Home Therapies Team in Melbourne. You will deliver expert care for patients undergoing Haemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis at home and review training practices while developing tools and KPIs to assist nursing staff.

The role requires renal nursing experience, proficiency in assessment, and robust education skills; you will work autonomously in a patient-centred care framework and contribute to quality
