Job Description

Design and deliver monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting activities
n Develop frameworks, program logics, theories of change, outcomes tools, dashboards and insight products
n Lead and support evaluations
n Analyse data, client feedback and service outcomes
n Develop surveys and data collection methods to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
n Advise leaders and teams on evaluation, outcomes measurement, reporting integrity, evidence-informed practice and data quality
n Build evaluation and data literacy through coaching, training and resources
n Contribute research and evaluation expertise to evidence reviews, submissions, tenders, business cases, strategic initiatives and external projects
n Provide specialist advice, project delivery and practical support across monitoring, evaluation, reporting, outcomes measurement and client feedback
n Work with the Research and Evaluation Manager and teams across Family Life

Requirements

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in evaluation, social sciences, psychology, public health, research, data analytics, community services or a related discipline
n
- Strong research, evaluation and data analysis skills
n
- Ability to turn evidence into practical insights and recommendations
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects
n
- Ability to facilitate workshops or consultations
n
- Ability to produce clear reports,



presentations and data visualisations
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
n
- Experience in community services, child and family services, mental health, family violence or related human services sectors is desirable
n
- Successful completion of Family Life Safety Screening process
n
- Working with Children Check required
n
- Police Records Check required
n
