Snowy River Caravans is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre. This hands-on leadership role manages workshop operations, technicians and support staff while driving productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
You will ensure every vehicle is completed safely and to the highest standards, schedule and allocate work, coach staff, and monitor KPIs to optimise profitability.
