Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Banquets Operations Manager to support delivery of conferences, meetings, weddings and events across the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre and resort venues.
Reporting to the Conference & Events Operations Manager, you will help run day-to-day operations, coach the Banquets team and collaborate with F&B; and Kitchen to deliver seamless experiences for guests and clients.
