The Victorian Electoral Commission in Port Melbourne is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support the Design team and ensure projects move from concept to delivery. You will translate stakeholder requirements into briefs, schedule work, and coordinate with designers, clients and external providers.
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will help manage workflows, track projects, and participate in quality assurance to deliver high-quality design outputs for electoral events.
