As a key point of contact for Woolworths, your ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and respond with speed and confidence will set you up for success.ResponsibilitiesDrive best-in-class availability across DCs and stores using smart replenishment systems, processes, and communicationConduct daily root cause analysis to quickly identify and resolve out-of-stocks (OOS), preventing repeat issuesLeverage customer systems and data insights to strengthen data integrity and implement lasting solutionsAchieve days of supply targets through disciplined replenishment and purchasing strategiesManage product allocation, delivery creation, picking,



and order dispatch to ensure seamless operations.Manage and own NPD critical path within your category.About youExperience in replenishment and or supply/demand planning role/s within an FMCG or retail environmentExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and customer-focusedHighly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityDemonstrated experience with SAP preferred, particularly in supply chain and logistics environmentsResolves complex issues in fast-paced environments to achieve positive outcomesHolds self-accountable for performance and results, taking initiative to resolve issues and deliver on commitmentsExperience leading and coordinating projects preferredExcellent time management and organisational skillsAdvanced in Microsoft Excel, building reports, pivot tables, vlookups is essentialBega Group StoryBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
