The University of Sydney is seeking a hands-on ICT liaison to provide Tier 2 support across multiple campuses in NSW. You will diagnose and resolve issues on desktops, laptops and mobile devices, and work with regional teams to implement lasting improvements.
In this role you’ll travel to regional locations, build robust relationships with staff, and translate local insights into service enhancements while supporting academic and teaching activities.
