Your new role:

n

As an Accounts Relationship Officer, you'll play a critical role in managing customer accounts, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, and supporting Followmont's financial performance through effective accounts receivable and credit control practices.

n

You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:

n

n
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accounts remain current and reconciled
n
- Processing and allocating payments received via EFT, credit card and other payment methods
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support timely payment outcomes
n
- Follow established SOPs and guidelines while identifying opportunities and customer outcomes
n
- Collaborate with the wider team on projects, process improvements and other tasks
n
