Key Responsibilities

n

This is a full time position working a mixture of weekdays and weekend shifts.

n

- Operational leadership – manage day-to-day venue operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards
n
- Team management – recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented work culture
n
- Customer experience – deliver outstanding service, resolve feedback promptly, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
n
- Financial management – develop and control budgets while maximising revenue
n




- Performance analysis – monitor financial performance to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities
n
- Pricing strategy – optimise menu and pricing strategies to maximise profitability
n
- Events and marketing – plan promotions and events, working with marketing to drive business growth
n
- Inventory oversight – manage stock levels and procurement of food, beverage, and supplies
n
- Vendor management – build supplier relationships and negotiate favourable contract terms
n
- Reporting – track KPIs and present performance insights to senior management
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role within restaurants or hotels
n
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, with a track record of achieving budget targets through accurate forecasting and cost control
n
- Experience recruiting, training, and leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, morale, and professional growth
n
- Commercial thinking, with the ability to weigh up revenue, cost, and risk factors to drive performance and optimise resources
n
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to gauge audience reaction and adjust your approach to gain agreement and buy-in from others
n
- Resilience and dependability, maintaining high standards, focus, and a positive outlook even under pressure
