The Service Designer will be responsible to drive human-centred research, future-state service design and evidence-based transformation.

Required skills and competencies:

- ProvenService Design experience, with exposure to solution design/architecture, information architecture, user-centric content design and knowledge repositories.
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working effectively with virtual and shared teams.
- Highly organised, delivery-focused and able to manage deadlines and priorities.
- Robust emotional intelligence and ability to understand and manage diverse stakeholder needs.
- Adaptable approach to changing requirements, solutions and processes.
