Western Health is seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with neurological expertise to join Rehab at Home, a subacute, bed substitution program within the Division of Western Health at Home. The role provides intensive rehabilitation to patients discharged early from hospital, delivered in clients’ homes, at the centre, or via telehealth.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve client-directed goals, supervise Grade 1 Physiotherapists and students, and contribute to quality
