Alspec, a leading Australian aluminium systems designer, seeks a Process & Quality Improvement Manager for the Albury site to drive Lean manufacturing and quality initiatives. You will lead DMAIC projects, optimise shop-floor workflows, and implement QMS, NCR/RMA and ERP-based processes to lift operational excellence across the branch network.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in manufacturing, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, solid coaching skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft
