We are seeking to establish a pool of Kindergarten to Year 6 (K-6) Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Suitable applicants will ideally display their proven impact on student success through curriculum delivery and pedagogical practices. We are ideally seeking highly skilled K-6 Teachers who would have detailed knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum. Suitable applicants should possess expertise in planning and pedagogy to deliver lessons, providing a positive learning environment where students are inspired and motivated to learn.

It is highly desirable that the suitable applicants are committed to developing positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community.



They should possess a strong capacity to plan challenging and engaging programs using an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum.

Eligibility

- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website.
- apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
