The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) provides an independent, efficient, fair and just prosecution service for the people of Recent South Wales. The vision of the Office is to be a dynamic prosecution service recognised for its excellence and leadership. It acts in the public interest for NSW Parliament, the Judiciary, the Courts, Police, victims, witnesses, accused persons and other stakeholders in the criminal justice system and the community.

The Role

As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will help shape procurement practices that support the delivery of essential services across the ODPP. In this role, you will provide strategic advice, manage tender and contract activities, ensure procurement compliance, and support business areas through every stage of the procurement process.

Working closely with executives, managers and key stakeholders, you will influence decision-making, improve procurement outcomes, and contribute to projects that deliver value, manage risk and strengthen financial stewardship across the organisation.

Key accountabilities

- Provide strategic procurement advice and support to business areas and leaders across the ODPP.
- Lead and manage tendering, contract administration and procurement activities in line with NSW Government requirements.
- Ensure procurement compliance, effective risk management and value-for-money outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to support informed decision-making and solid financial stewardship.




- Deliver procurement reporting and contribute to projects that improve organisational outcomes and services.

About you

- Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management within a complex organisation.
- Sound knowledge of NSW Government procurement frameworks, principles and contemporary procurement practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to provide clear and practical advice.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, procurement, commerce or a related discipline.
