COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER | 6-MONTH CONTRACT

Looking for your next contract opportunity? I’m currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a 6-month temporary contract with a well-established institutional organisation in Perth.

This is a great chance for a CPM who enjoys a hands‑on role across property management and leasing, and is looking for a defined contract with some flexibility around working days.

Start ASAP / September 2026 – 26 February 2027

4 or 5 days per week | 30–37.5 hours

Office-based initially, with WFH potentially available after 6 weeks

You’ll be joining an established Property Management & Leasing Team , providing additional support across their commercial property portfolio.

What they’re looking for:

- Demonstrated commercial property management & leasing experience
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Experience preparing professional briefing notes
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
- Someone comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their workload
