- Psychologist: $83,898 – $118,316pa.
- Specialist Psychologist: $114,016 - $139,824pa
- Plus environmental allowance, employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

What You’ll Do

Every day, you'll use your clinical expertise to support rehabilitation, reduce reoffending and contribute to safer communities. You'll conduct psychological assessments,



criminogenic risk evaluations and evidence-based interventions while providing expert advice on complex mental health, behavioural and risk-related matters. Working collaboratively with custodial staff, case managers and other professionals, you'll help develop effective case plans and behaviour management strategies. Your assessments, reports and recommendations will inform rehabilitation outcomes and key decision‑making. For Specialist Psychologists, opportunities exist to provide clinical leadership, mentor colleagues and contribute to best‑practice psychological services.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a psychologist who is passionate about helping people create positive change and improve rehabilitation outcomes. You bring strong clinical judgement, effective communication skills and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice. You enjoy working with complex presentations and collaborating with others to achieve meaningful outcomes. Whether your experience comes from forensic, correctional, rehabilitation, mental health or a related setting, you're resilient, adaptable and motivated by making a genuine difference.
