You willbe responsible forproviding Level 2 support, complex troubleshooting, system analysis, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications.
This will see you involved in:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues
- Provide escalation support and root cause analysis for enterprise systems.
- Manage and prioritise service desk tickets, incidents
- Monitor system performance to ensure that all software applications are functioning well
- Document technical issues,resolutionsand system performance
- Weekly reviews on project status
To be considered for this role we are eager to speak with candidateswith:
- Experiencesupporting andmaintainingtwo or more enterprise applications, including ERP, EDRMS
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Citrix, cloud technologies, and related ICT systems.
- Proven experience in ICT support and delivering excellent customer service.
- IT project experience
- Mix of corporate and government experience
- Sound understanding of project financials
- Understandingofchange management activities
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
