Montgomery Advisory is seeking a property lawyer for a 12-month parental leave cover in Sydney.
You will manage end-to-end property transactions, draft and negotiate a broad range of real estate documents, including leases, licenses and heads of terms, and oversee approvals and processes for transactions.
The ideal candidate has 4–8 years PAE in property and leasing, especially retail leasing, with knowledge of corporate law and dispute resolution desirable.
