Key responsibilities

- Execute a targeted sales strategy to expand Ritek's market share across multi-residential, commercial, and residential construction projects
- Engage early with architects and engineers to secure Ritek specifications on project plans, then close deals with head contractors and formworkers
- Provide tailored formwork solutions that align with project-specific technical, structural, and acoustic requirements
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local builders, developers, structural engineers, and key sub-contractors
- Manage project lifecycles from initial concept through to job-site delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct board room level presentations on the applications and benefits of the Ritek permanent formwork system.

About you

- Based on the Gold Coast with a strong understanding of the local construction landscape
- 3+ years of successful business development or account management experience within construction materials, formwork, drywalls, or structural systems
- Demonstrated track record of navigating long sales cycles, reading project plans,



and closing high-value deals
- An established network of Gold Coast and SE QLD builders, structural engineers, developers, and contractors is highly regarded
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with an eagerness to learn Ritek's evolving system configurations
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian driver's license with the ability to drive across the region as part of their work week.
- Highly autonomous with outstanding negotiation, presentation, and time-management skills
