Working collaboratively with anaesthetists, surgeons and multidisciplinary team members, you will contribute to a positive patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.**About You**To be successful in this role, you will have:* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).* Minimum 2 years experience in Anaesthetics and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) nursing.* Demonstrated ability to provide safe,
high quality patient care within a busy perioperative environment.* Sound knowledge and application of ANZCA, ACORN, and NSQHS standards.* Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands.* The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary perioperative team.* Flexibility to work varying days and hours in line with operational requirements and participate in a rotating roster.* A commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.**Desirable:*** Postgraduate qualification in Anaesthetics and Recovery Nursing.**Why Join St Vincent's?**At St Vincent's, you'll be part of a values-driven organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do.
