One vacancy is available, either ongoing or fixed for 2 years.

Provides a recognised reference point and consistent broad level of influence regarding service planning and delivery to multi-disciplinary clinicians across a defined practice area.

n

The midwifery group practice (MGP) provides a high standard of contemporary midwifery care in a team/on call midwifery model. MGP midwives work in small teams providing care co-ordination to women with pregnancies complicated by psychosocial and/or obstetric risk, as well as women planning a homebirth.

There are five teams within the MGP and midwives will be required to provide cooperative care and support across all teams including home birth and maternity services within the division.
